You know that feeling when you’re looking for one thing, but end up finding something even better? Dr. Elizabeth Spence was looking for cabinets to fill her family and cosmetic dentistry office space, when a thoughtful Equipment Representative suggested she contact us. He explained that we do a lot more than just cabinets, which turned out to be exactly what Dr. Spence needed.

Her existing 1,150 square foot dental office required more than a facelift – we completed a total demolition and redesign. We loved the enthusiasm and creativity Dr. Spence brought to the design of her office – if you look at the photos, the space is very much a reflection of her tastes and personality. It’s comfortable, warm, cozy, and kid-friendly: perfect for this hard-working mom and her community.

“They Understood That I Was Working Somewhere Else And Have A Family So I Couldn’t Always Be Here, So They Were Great With Working Around The Schedule I Gave Them.” – Dr. Elizabeth Spence

Working around her busy schedule, we provided space planning, architectural design, environmentally-friendly interior design, project planning and scheduling, complete construction services, interior finishes and fixtures, after-completion fixes and follow-ups, and of course, custom design and installation of Millwood cabinetry. We also finished a week early.

“Apex Was Very Responsive And Excited About Everything I Wanted To Do.”

Now Dr. Spence’s office is her calling card and her practice is quickly gaining a reputation in Downers Grove for excellent care.

“While I Know A Lot About Teeth. I Know Nothing About Construction And Building Out. They Were Patient With Me And Really Listened To What I Wanted For My Practice.”

Ask us how we can work with you to create a modern, comfortable, patient-friendly space for your dental office.
