About This Project
Located in a retrofitted multi-tenant commercial building, StrideCare’s Sugar Land, Texas facility brings together a 3,300 SF clinic and a 3,500 SF vascular ambulatory surgery center into a cohesive, patient-centered environment. The full interior buildout and exterior upgrades were carefully designed to meet the high standards of modern outpatient care while transforming a conventional office footprint into a medical-grade space.
This project features a fully equipped ASC with one operating room and three procedure rooms, all unified by seamless monolithic flooring throughout the surgical suite — prioritizing cleanliness, durability, and safety. Thoughtful attention was given to operational efficiency and staff workflow, while brand identity is subtly integrated into the space through custom design elements like the reception desk and interior finishes. The result is a welcoming and efficient healthcare facility tailored to StrideCare’s vision for vascular care excellence.
