About This Project
Apex partnered with Dr. Rachel Lefferdink to deliver the new 4,000 sq. ft. Rosewood Dermatology practice, in Highland Park—a build out designed to support the practice from day one. Dr. Lefferdink came to Apex looking for one accountable partner who could guide the project from initial vision through final walkthrough, and The Apex Continuum™ delivered exactly that: architecture, interior design, and construction under one roof. The result is a refined, elevated space—arched millwork, warm wood and brass finishes, and private treatment rooms—built to support both patient experience and long-term practice growth.
