About This Project
Previously a pizza bar & restaurant, we transformed this commercial real estate into the new home for Nakfoor Orthodontics, Arlington Heights practice location. The design intent was modern lodge, with a rustic feel. Patients immediately feel at ease as they walk in to find a rounded fireplace in the center of the waiting room. No flames or heat, a new hydrogen-based – flame technology. They can wait in comfort around the fireplace or take a seat at the charging station and iPad bar. The reception desk is a unique blend of a walnut live-edge lumber reception top and industrial-style pipe fittings.  Boasting 2 private treatment rooms, a 6-chair treatment bay, 2 private consult rooms, and 2 private offices. We fell in love with the coziness and eclectic nature of this dental clinic.
