About This Project
Family Dental Care Park Ridge is a 4,800-square-foot dental office built for Dr. Matthew Demas, just down the block from his previous location. After outgrowing an outdated space, Dr. Demas partnered with Apex to design and construct a larger, modern practice built for both patient comfort and clinical efficiency. The project includes treatment rooms, a dedicated hygiene suite, sterilization and lab support spaces, a private doctor’s office, and a warm reception and waiting area finished with natural wood tones, stone accents, and calming artwork throughout. From kickoff to final walkthrough, the project was completed on time and on budget — delivering a space that reflects Dr. Demas’s vision and supports his growing practice for years to come.
