About This Project
10,000 SF Ground-up ambulatory surgery center and clinic comprising of three operating rooms, including one 600 SF OR with Class C/D anesthesia and two 400 SF ORs with Class B/C anesthesia. The facility was designed to accommodate patients of size and an elderly patient population, incorporating increased clearances, efficient adjacencies, and direct, intuitive circulation to support safe patient movement and clinical workflows. A covered patient drop-off and pick-up zone provides protected, ADA-compliant access and minimizes patient transfer distances from arrival to point of care.
