About This Project
Apex partnered with Cameo Dental Specialists on their fifth project together, transforming a former bank building into a fully modern dental office buildout. The space brings oral surgery, endodontics, and periodontics together in one location, giving patients access to multiple specialties without leaving the practice. The adaptive reuse presented a unique set of design and code challenges—working within an existing structure while meeting today’s clinical and life-safety standards—but delivered a result that preserves the character of the original building while creating a space built for growth.
