About This Project
Apex partnered with Chicago Children’s Surgery Center to deliver Illinois’ first dedicated pediatric dental ambulatory surgery center—purpose-built to serve young and high-needs patients.
This 16,200-square-foot interior transformation converts an existing facility into a highly efficient surgical environment, featuring a full operating suite, 10 PACU bays, 14 prep rooms, imaging, exam spaces, and integrated staff support areas.
Designed to balance clinical performance with patient comfort, the space pairs streamlined workflows with a calming, family-centered experience—bringing critical pediatric surgical care closer to the community.
